OBJECTIVES: Development of the productive fabric and dynamisation of the entrepreneurial activity of the Southern Area, as the principal methods for achieving the social and professional insertion of the inhabitants of this region. This Project will be carried out in collaboration with the Southern Area Commissioner, with the aim of strengthening the development and consolidation of this type of social intervention in the region.

DESCRIPTION: Development of aspects relating to the entrepreneurial fabric set out in the Integral Plan for the Southern Area, by establishing measures in the spheres of consultancy and support services for business projects, as well as the methods for financing these projects.

Establishment of formal and informal networks between actors who play a key role in promoting the economy of the Southern Area.

Increase of the entrepreneurial activity (especially in Social Economy companies) of the Southern Area, as a way for achieving, not only the dynamisation of the region's productive fabric, but also professional insertion and a decrease in unemployment among inhabitants of this area.

Greater awareness and involvement of the region’s population in business activities, emphasising their importance and role in the sustainable development of the region.

Increased training of people with entrepreneurial potential so they can fulfil their projects and ideas.

Greater awareness of companies, both inside and outside of the region, concerning their responsibility in developing this geographical area and the need to behave responsibly towards the region in their business activities (development of CSR).
