OBJECTIVES: The purpose of this project is to consolidate the enterprise culture within Social Economy companies in the Regions of Emilia Romagna (Northern Italy) and Andalusia, as a measure for obtaining the social, professional and economic development of geographic areas at risk of social exclusion. The basic knowledge of these companies will be expanded, with particular attention paid to the organisational instruments of franchises, spin-offs, intercooperation and fusions. The project’s partnership will analyse and develop the tools for Social Economy companies that have the greatest impact on overall growth. The project will also strengthen the level of internationalisation of Social Economy companies, by means of the study visits to be made, exchanging business experiences between the project’s two regions.
DESCRIPTION: The project will be implemented according to the following tasks:

Definition of the five best practices based on the previous analysis, from the perspective of their transferability.
Production of two models of support for the creation and consolidation of Social Economy companies, extended in the two regions.
