OBJECTIVES: This programme will be aimed at strengthening the leadership of agents who are members of the Central American Social Economy space, in order to strengthen its position within Latin American society, so that it assumes the leading role and leadership that corresponds to it.
DESCRIPTION: The Social Economy maintains its role as a promoter for developing business capabilities and its member organisations, opening a range of opportunities for the balanced participation of men and women, favouring the increase of local management processes and improving educational processes, as the experience is showing us that the Social Economy is a real and appropriate response against poverty thanks to the high potential it represents.
The expected results are:
- Strengthening of the Social Economy sector in Central America.
- Internationalisation of the Training programmes of the FEAES (Foundation of the Andalusian Social Economy School).
- Programme of the services offered by the Social Economy companies of Andalusia.
- Incorporation of the Social Economy in university curricula.
The various actions to achieve the above are as follows:
- Training seminar of two and a half days duration, for leaders of Social Economy organisations.
- Three-day training seminar for leaders of Social Economy companies.
- Three-day Dissemination Conference in the university sphere.
- Awareness-raising Conference of two and a half days for political representatives.
