In 2006, the regional structuring process of CEPES Andalucía was finally consolidated. The CEPES-A project includes the opening of Social Economy buildings in each of the Andalusian provinces, to house the facilities of the confederation and of all its partner members. The Malaga and Cordoba buildings have already been built.

As well as the increasing physical presence of CEPES Andalucía in the community’s provinces, its political position is growing locally too. The actions established in the Provincial Agreements for the Social Economy in Cordoba and Jaén continue to be implemented, having been signed with the corresponding Provincial Delegations, the UGT (General Union of Workers) and CCOO (Trade Union Confederation of Workers’ Committees) of each province. The Provincial Agreement for the Social Economy of Malaga was drawn up in 2006, for signature in early 2007, and similar documents are being drafted for the rest of the Community of Andalusia.
