The new building in Cordoba has also already been built and stands on a plot of council-owned land granted to CEPES-A by Cordoba Town Council as part of an agreement signed in 2003. The future head office of CEPES-A in Cordoba is located in Avda. María Montessori, in the city’s development area, standing on 2,152 m2 of building land. The building itself will comprise a total of 2,687 m2 of useful space, featuring a large central patio and an entry porch.
