The Foundation for Inclusion against the Exclusion of Unemployed People Over 40 is a statutorily established, non-profit group, inspired by the ideas and principles of Jacque Delors’ White Book about the growth of competitiveness and employment, exploring new Employment opportunities and implementing projects aimed at procuring paid work for unemployed people who find it difficult to insert. The search for alternatives to unemployment has driven the Foundation to benefit from certain uncovered needs and transform them into employment opportunities.
