The Andalusian Federation of Employee-Owned Companies is the business organisation representing the group of employee-owned companies in Andalusia, a sector that currently comprises more than 4,500 Employee-Owned Corporations and Employee-Owned Limited Companies. During 1989, FEANSAL unites and represents employee-owned companies, defending their rights before the public administrations, putting a team of professionals at their disposal, who are experts in advising social economy companies, innovating and benefiting from Information and Communication Technologies in order to improve the competitiveness of the associated companies.
