The General Association of Transport Companies of Andalusia comprises eight provincial associations that principally unite self-employed transport workers and small transport companies. The Association’s essential characteristic is that it does not include companies whose main activity is the pure brokering of transport services, nor those business people whose activity and profits are based on the subcontracting of self-employed workers and abuses of prices and commissions. It belongs to the Federación Nacional de Asociaciones de Transporte of Spain.
