OBJECTIVES: The aim of this study is to carry out the following investigations:

SOCIAL ECONOMY COMPANIES:

• Analysis of the demand for training Social Economy company managers.

• Evaluation of the real training needs of the Social Economy company managers.

• Training plan. Definition of the subjects and contents of the actions.

• Training activity for Social Economy company managers: Leadership.

WOULD-BE ENTREPRENEURS:

• Study of the training needs of would-be entrepreneurs.

• Training action for would-be entrepreneurs: Personal organisation.

 
DESCRIPTION: The process followed for drafting the “Study of Training Needs and Demand” can be structured into the two large blocks below:

 

Block I – Research: evaluation of the needs and demand.

Block II – Solutions: determination of the most appropriate capabilities and methods for providing training and specific designs.

This sequential process, shown in the following charts, has been followed, on the one hand, for the analysis of the needs and demand of social economy company managers and, on the other hand, and in parallel, of the would-be entrepreneurs.
