OBJECTIVES: The objective of this project is to introduce the Culture of Excellence among the Social Economy Organisations of Andalusia (both Cooperatives and Employee-Owned Companies) through the effective application of the EFQM Excellence Model.
The ultimate purpose of this general objective is to supply these Companies with the most advanced management tools and techniques in order to improve their Management and Results.

DESCRIPTION: To fulfil the previous objective, we propose to use the EFQM Excellence Model in this project, with a variety of “in-depth” approaches, integrating external and internal assessments, so that we can adapt to the different needs of the Companies participating in the project.
Similarly, we will integrate the previous approaches with existing awards based upon the EFQM Excellence Model, specifically the Andalusian Prize for Excellence, organised by the Autonomous Government of Andalusia.
All of the above will be gradually and comprehensively planned, so that all of the involved Companies gauge their participation in the project according to the forecast added value they may gain from the different planned phases.
