CEPES Andalucía has created its own training model, the Social Economy School of Andalusia (EAES), aimed at providing the necessary knowledge for quality management, to enable perfect business development within the sector.
The Andalusian School of Social Economy is the most ambitious of the training projects that CEPES Andalucía has implemented to date. It first began in October 2002 and its programmes are run in the modern facilities of the restored church and convent of La Merced in the municipality of Osuna.
The principal objective of the Social Economy School of Andalusia is TO STRENGTHEN THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE SOCIAL ECONOMY ENTERPRISES.
The School is currently based upon the activities framed within the Social Economy Training, Research and Development Programme (FIDES).
The principal aim of this programme is to provide specialist training to the heads of institutional bodies, company directors and entrepreneurs. These courses provide the participants with the necessary skills for managing business projects, by promoting the entrepreneurial culture, permeating all of its processes with cooperative identity and Social Economy.

Together with these three basic programmes, the School has expanded the training it offers with a series of cooperation and continuity programmes, such as the FIDES TUTOR PROGRAM, Technical Training Days for Professionals, or the FIDES International Programme.
